Goal: To become a Nail Stylist fully trained in the Bio Sculpture system
Acquired Skills (depending on selected course): Manicures, Pedicures, Polish Application, Gel application, Gel Polish application

1. Getting Started with BioGel Certification Course | 3 days
Description: The Getting Started with BioGel Course and Kit is designed for aspiring nail stylists looking to start a new career in the nail industry. The course provides a comprehensive and detailed Educator-led training program that prepares the student to work as a nail technician independently or in a salon/spa setting. The course covers theory and practical information to ensure correct application procedures are followed for the application of polish and gel manicures. Topics covered in this course include nail anatomy, nail diseases and disorders, precautions, salon safety and hygiene, product knowledge, nail preparation and nail shaping, gel and polish application, creating sculpted nail enhancements, nail repairs with silk repairs, removal, marketing and retailing and brand ethics.
Successful completion of the Getting Started with BioGel Course will allow the full access to purchase Bio Sculpture products.

The course is divided into two learning modules:
Module I: This module consists of 3 days of in-class theory and practical instruction (in-person or virtual classroom) lead by a Bio Sculpture educator. The student will learn and practice the correct techniques for polish and gel application.
Module II: This module consists of at home practice and an online quiz. The student is required to complete 5 polish manicures and 9 gel applications and submit photographs for assessment.

2. Getting Started with Evo Certification Course | 3 days
Description: The Getting Started with Evo Course and Kit is designed for aspiring nail stylists looking to start a new career in the nail industry. 3. Manicure & Pedicure Course | 4 Full Days
Description: A keen interest in becoming a Bio Sculpture Certified Nail Technician. This course is not offered in all provinces and territories. Please enquire regarding availability.
Course Outline:
During the 4 day Course you will learn about Salon Ethics, Salon Safety, Material Safety Data Sheets, Sterilization, Disinfection and Sanitation, Micro-organisms, Nail Anatomy, Nail Diseases and Disorders, Anatomy of the Hand, Nail Plate Analysis, Allergies/Sensitivities, Manicure Procedures, Massage Movements, Foot Anatomy, Common Foot Disorders, Product Knowledge, Setting up Workstation, Client Consultation, Clients requiring special care, Pedicure Procedures, Precautions, Basic and Spa Pedicures, Foot & Leg Massage, Polish/Gel Application, Marketing and Retail.
